About Sebastian

A graduate of the Europa Universitat Viadrina in Frankfurt a/Oder. He gained professional experience at Roedl & Partner and at managerial positions in the PwC audit department, where he was responsible for auditing German clients operating in Poland. Sebastian was a director and a member of the board of PricewaterhouseCoopers Poland. Then he managed the finance department of ODRATRANS S.A. (currently: OT Logistics S.A.) where he was responsible for the integration of the company’s German subsidiaries. Besides auditing, Sebastian has extensive professional experience in business advisory, interim management, and financial due diligence projects. Since 2011 Sebastian is a partner in HLB M2. He specializes in auditing of capital groups and foreign clients, particularly with German capital. As a managing partner, he is in charge of all audit and assurance engagements provided to public interest entities.
